Kamel Drivare is a cocktail I recommend. The recipe is very simple: pour into a shot glass half of Sambuca and then using a spoon pour carefully Baileys without mixing the liquids. You have to drink it in one shot (you can mix it in the mouth if you like). Kamel Drivare is recommended at the end of the party together with Jägermeister!

Global Warming

Finally we have a normal winter in Romania! We all missed the snow and the real winter. Now we have it and children are very happy. I wrote an article about the subject in my Romanian Blog and I want to share my thoughts also to my English readers.

First of all I am an ecologist by nature. I may be influenced by movies (like An Inconvenient Truth by Al Gore) and shows on Discovery Channel but I am sure that there is a small chance that there is some truth there. Otherwise Gore wouldn't take the Nobel Prize, right? I trust the Swedish Academy. And they are not the only authority that is concerned on the subject.

A lot of people are saying that the nature has some cycles and it is normal from time to time to have extreme phenomena. It is true maybe, but as long as we can do small things (like not printing useless things, using halogen bulbs, etc).

My next car will be a hybrid or bio-diesel powered.

How to increase the traffic to your site

In 2007 according to Yahoo one of the most searched words on their search engine was Iran. In Romania Gigi Becali (the owner of Steaua soccer team) is on top. So if you want to increase the number of visitors of your site you have to include in your posts words like Saddam Husein, Geroge W. Bush, porn, war on terror, etc. I am really curious if the traffic to my blog will increase after this post.

Open space

Most of the companies today are adopting open space offices: it is cheaper! But for employees it is more difficult, there are more rules to obey.

I am working in an open space since many years ago and I can tell you that it is difficult to adapt! Is it really profitable for companies to adopt open space? What is your opinion? Share it here. How is your working environment? Are you working in open space?

An experiment

I started this blog because it is fashionable to have a blog. But this is not enough to motivate someone to start publishing a blog. Than I found out that you can make some money publishing ads on your website or blog. It is very simple: you place some ads (like the one you see on this page from Google) and if somebody clicks it you are paid with a small amount of money.

Now the complicate part comes: how to make your site visited? I need to find nice content (but not adult :-)) to make people visit my site. The more people will come to my site the bigger the possibility to click on my ads. Simple!

The truth is that I started with my Romanian version and, for me at least, it was success. 1000 visits in 10 days without making any publicity just word of mouth! But in order to increase the number of potential clickers on my ads I decided to make an English version.

Now, this is the motivation for me to provide good content for my visitors to come back and eventually to support my site and click on my ads. I am waiting your comments and your support.
