Most of the companies today are adopting open space offices: it is cheaper! But for employees it is more difficult, there are more rules to obey.
I am working in an open space since many years ago and I can tell you that it is difficult to adapt! Is it really profitable for companies to adopt open space? What is your opinion? Share it here. How is your working environment? Are you working in open space?

I work in a closed space, I mean a traditional office with old furniture. My colleagues keep talking all the time and it's worse than in an open space environment. Once I had a lot of work to do and I had to find refuge in my boss office!
